Bookings
Bookings may be made via telephone, email, fax or letter. A deposit equivalent to the first nights tariff will be taken at the time of your booking by credit or debit card to guarantee your reservation. We accept either cards or cash in settlement of final accounts.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation please advise us immediately. Every effort will be made to re-let the room(s). If we are unable to make a re-letting we will charge up to two thirds of the total cost of the original booking.

Disclaimer
Use of the accommodation and amenities including the farm, yards and garden areas is entirely at the risk of each guest and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to any guest or their property.

Tariff
We are open all year round. Reservations for stays between 24th to 26th December and 31st December to 1st January inclusive will incur a 50% surcharge on the room rates shown. Please contact us for further information.
